  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days from the date of purchase.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.

  • In case of any delays due to unforeseen circumstances or stock availability, we will notify you promptly via email or phone.

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 5–7 business days

  • Remote Locations: 7–10 business days

4. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping is available on all prepaid orders above ₹999.

  • For orders below ₹999, a nominal shipping fee of ₹49–₹99 may be applicable depending on your location and product weight.

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be clearly shown at checkout before payment.


5. Tracking Your Order
