1. Overview

At FerroIndia, we take great pride in the quality and durability of our cast iron cookware. However, if you receive a damaged or defective product, we’re here to make things right.

This policy outlines the process and conditions for requesting a return, replacement, or refund.


2. Eligibility for Return or Replacement

You may request a return or replacement under the following conditions:

  • The item delivered is damaged, defective, or not as ordered

  • The return request is made within 48 hours of delivery

  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging

  • You provide photo/video proof clearly showing the issue

We do not accept returns for:

  • Minor scratches or seasoning differences due to the natural cast iron process

  • Products that have been used or altered after delivery

  • Wrong size selection by the customer (Please refer to size charts before ordering)


3. Return Process

To initiate a return or replacement:

  1. Email us at support@ferroindia.com within 48 hours of delivery

  2. Include your:

    • Order ID

    • Description of the issue

    • Photos/videos of the item and packaging

  3. Our support team will respond within 24–48 hours with the next steps

Once approved:

  • You will either receive a replacement, or

  • The product will be picked up by our courier partner (if applicable), or

  • You may be asked to ship the item back (in rare cases)


4. Refunds

Refunds are processed only when:

  • The returned item is received and inspected by our team

  • The issue is verified as per policy

  • A replacement is not available or applicable

Refund Timeline:

  • Processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method

  • You will receive an email notification once the refund is initiated


5. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us via email or phone

  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled

  • In case of pre-paid cancellations, the refund will be issued as per the timeline above


6. Exchange

At this time, we do not offer product exchanges unless the product is defective or damaged.
