Warranty Terms & Conditions

1. Warranty Period
   The warranty starts from the date of purchase. To process a warranty claim, all necessary details must be uploaded through the scanner or warranty form.
2. Defective Products
   If a defect (workmanship or material) occurs within the warranty period, the product will be replaced with a similar or higher value product. Replacement is subject to courier charges.
   Note: No repairs are available; only product replacement is offered.
3. Product Replacement
   Replacements will be made with the same or a similar value product. The warranty continues from the original purchase date, and any replacement will carry applicable shipping charges.
4. Exclusions
   The warranty does not apply in the following cases:
   • Altered purchase documents or warranty cards.
   • Repairs by unauthorized personnel.
   • Product used commercially or misused.
   • Damage from pests, fire, natural disasters, or accidents.
   • Natural wear and tear.
   • Misuse from improper cooking or overheating (see instructions).
   • Misuse in cookware maintenance (see instructions).
